A Clear, Two-Stage Planning Process

You do not need to pay the full service fee upfront. Our fees are divided into two stages, with each payment linked to a clear stage of planning.

  1. 50%Trip Strategy & Initial DraftPaid after the service agreement is signed and before planning begins.
  2. 50%Final Plan & Booking CoordinationPaid after you confirm the revised itinerary and before the final PDF is delivered.

If you choose remote support, its fee is added to the second payment. Before planning begins, you will receive a service agreement outlining the scope of work, payment stages, revision process, booking conditions and cancellation terms. Third-party travel costs — accommodation, flights, transport tickets, attraction tickets, guides, drivers and activities — are separate from the service fee.
