When you enquire or become a client, we may collect: your name and contact details (email, phone, WhatsApp), travel dates, country of passport, travel preferences and style, budget range, group details (including any children, elderly travellers, mobility, dietary or medical considerations you choose to share), and the content of your messages with us.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, plan and personalise your trip, provide remote support during your travel, coordinate bookings you request, and communicate with you about your trip. We only collect what we need to provide the service.
Your information is stored in reputable, access-controlled systems. We limit access to the people who work on your trip, use secure connections for transfers, and retain information only as long as needed for the service and our legal obligations.
We share your information only with relevant third-party suppliers when needed to deliver services you have requested — for example, giving a local guide your group size and meeting time, or a transfer provider your flight details. We never share more than the supplier needs.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, for any purpose.
You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to any legal retention requirements). We will respond to requests within a reasonable time.
