Final pricing depends on trip length, group size, number of cities, travel style and support level. Local guides, airport transfers, private vehicles, attraction tickets, hotels, meals and flights are quoted separately.
You do not need to pay the full service fee upfront. Our fees are divided into three stages, with each payment linked to a clear stage of planning and support.
Stage 1
20%of the service fee
When it is paidAfter the service agreement has been signed and before the planning process begins.
This stage establishes the overall direction of your trip before detailed planning begins.
Stage 2

When it is paidAfter you approve the initial itinerary direction and before detailed itinerary preparation begins.
This is the main planning stage, where the approved trip concept is developed into a practical and detailed travel plan.
Stage 3
30%of the service fee
When it is paidOne day before the scheduled trip begins.
Remote support is activated once the final payment has been received.
Our professional service fee covers itinerary design, planning, coordination and agreed remote support. It does not include third-party travel costs.
Where booking assistance is included, we will confirm the price and applicable booking conditions before proceeding. Third-party costs must be paid separately before reservations are made.

Our planning and concierge fees are charged per travel group, with a small adjustment for larger groups. Local guide, private vehicle, attraction tickets, meals and accommodation are quoted separately based on group size and actual requirements.
