Everything Australian travellers usually ask before working with us. If your question isn't here, just ask — we reply quickly.
Do I need a visa to visit China from Australia?
Under the current policy, eligible Australian ordinary passport holders may enter China visa-free for up to 30 days for tourism, business, family or friend visits, exchanges and transit — extended until 31 December 2026. Travellers who don't meet the visa-free requirements still need to apply for an appropriate visa before entering China. We provide general travel information only — always confirm the latest requirements with official Chinese embassy or consulate sources. See our visa-free travel update. (Policy checked as of .)
Are you a travel agency?
We provide travel planning and remote concierge support. Flights, hotels, guides, vehicles and tickets are arranged or quoted separately through third parties where applicable.
Can you book everything for me?
Depending on the package, we can assist with selected bookings or coordinate suppliers, but third-party costs are always separate and agreed with you before anything is booked.
What if I already know where I want to go?
Perfect — we can refine your route, pace, transport, hotel areas and daily plan so your own ideas work smoothly on the ground.
Is this suitable for first-time travellers to China?
Yes. The service is designed to reduce confusion around language, payments, apps, transport and bookings — the exact areas first-time visitors find hardest.
Do you provide 24/7 support?
Remote support is available from 8:00am to 11:00pm China time. Overnight support is reserved for genuine travel emergencies only.
Do you provide local guides?
Local guides can be quoted separately depending on city, language, date and availability. See the add-ons table on our pricing page for typical ranges.
Can you help with payments like Alipay or WeChat Pay?
We provide preparation guidance and app setup tips, but account approval and payment functionality depend on third-party platforms and the traveller's own documents and cards.
Are prices per person?
Planning and concierge fees are generally charged per travel group, with adjustments for larger groups and complexity. Third-party costs — like guides, vehicles, tickets and hotels — are usually charged per person or per booking.
What happens if my plans change?
We can revise or adjust depending on your package. Major route changes may require an additional fee — we'll always tell you before any extra cost applies. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy has the details.
